LONDON & SOUTH EAST BRANCH Revision Evenings - Legal Principles / Shipping Law

Overview

Students who are preparing for the Institute's exams 11^th-21^st May 2026 are invited to attend one or more of this Branch's Revision Evenings to be held 13^th- 20^th April 2026.

We continue to hold these revision sessions online so that students outside London can attend via "MS Teams" to cover the 11 subjects which are most popular with our Branch's examinees: Introduction to Shipping, Shipping Business, Offshore, Economics of Sea Transport,  Ship Sale and Purchase, Ship Operations and Management, Port & Terminal Management, Legal Principles/Shipping Law, Port Agency, Tanker Chartering and Dry Cargo Chartering. Our lecturers are very experienced members of the Branch Committee plus lecturers who have been involved with the ICS syllabus subjects for many years.

In order to support the Branch, we charge only £40 to examinees who have registered with the Institute for the exams ~ you then have access to as many of these evening sessions as you wish to attend. (We also offer access to our sessions to those who are not registered examinees @ £50.) Please register your specific chosen subject(s) very soon by email to education@icslondonbranch.org.uk ( NOT  TO  ANY  OTHER EMAIL ADDRESS !! ) so that we can send you the MS Teams link to join your chosen Revision Evening(s).

We will send individual invoices with our Branch's bank account details to all UK examinees and a separate individual invoice to examinees outside the UK who can save bank transfer fees via a link.

All examinees who have registered to attend our revision sessions, as above, are encouraged to send their questions to us in advance of each session and can also ask for help via email after those revision evenings, to assist with your challenge to pass the exams in November.
