FONASBA, in collaboration with ITIC, invites you to a free webinar titled "Ship Agency: The Devil is in the Details."

The webinar will be moderated by Antonios Venieris, FONASBA Chair of the Education and Quality Committee, who will host experts from ITIC: Mikaela Koni, ITIC Claims Executive and qualified lawyer, together with Mark Brattman, ITIC Claims Director. Mikaela and Mark will review a range of recent ship agency claims. Key learning points and best practices will be highlighted to help participants avoid similar disputes in their own operations.

Following the presentations, there will be an open Q&A session to foster a dynamic, interactive discussion.
