Jan Heinrich is the Head of StormGeo's Fleet Performance Center Europe, based in Hamburg. His team of Vessel Performance Engineers delivers advanced software solutions and supports client companies in successfully implementing tools and processes to manage fleet performance and regulatory compliance.

Starting his career as a Shipping Clerk apprentice, Jan later became a mariner, sailing for several years across various vessel types. In 2018, he transitioned to shore-based roles, where he has since been instrumental in developing and delivering innovative tools and services that enhance fleet performance and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
