Overview

Notice is given under Branch Rule No.9 of the Annual General Meeting for the following purposes:

1] To accept the Chairman's report  for 2024/2025 on branch affairs

2] To accept the annual accounts of 01 June 2024 to 31 May 2025

3] To elect the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson and Members of the Committee

Date: Wednesday 24 September 2025

Time: 1800 - 2000

Where: The Royal Ocean Racing Club, Fastnet Room, 20 St Jame's Place, London, SW1A 1AA (Tube station Green Park).  If you would like to know where the venue is?  This is near the Ritz Hotel, we have Members with nice connections!

There will complimentary drinks available at the bar from 1730 and a talk about the history of the club. It will give Members the opportunity to meet with the new committee.
