ICS London & South East Branch and London Maritime Arbitrators Association mock arbitration

Participants at this event will be able to observe a mock hearing involving a typical maritime case scenario, oral submissions by experienced barristers from Twenty Essex, and cross-examination of witness evidence. There will also be an opportunity to ask the practitioners questions on the process and to participate in a vote before the tribunal of LMAA arbitrators, chaired by Jonathan Elvey, the LMAA President, renders its decision.

The event will be followed by drinks and canapés from 18.00 to 19.00.
