NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 11^th Annual General Meeting of the Bulgaria Branch of ICS will be held at the Naval Academy Varna on Thursday, 10^th of March, 2022 at 17:30 hrs for the transaction of following business:

1.   To read the Notice convening the Meeting.

2.   To confirm the minutes of the last A.G.M., held 15^th. April ,2021.

3.   To receive and consider the accounts for the year ended 31^st December, 2021, together with the chairman's report .

4.   To discuss the 2^nd Bulgarian Maritime Summit on 30.06.2022

5.   Any other business.
