Knowledge sessions

We are conducting weekly Knowledge Series class for the Industry in general (which will benefit the Institute Students also) from 20^th Sept. to 22^nd October 2017.

The classes are conducted by practicing professionals who are fellows of the institute. We strongly urge students to attend some or all the classes which will provide a jump start for the exam preparation process.

4. Sunday 8^th October - Trade & Shipping Interface

Alignment of Commercial contract and contract of carriage; Incoterms; Payment terms (L/C)

5. Sunday 15^th October - Legal Principles of Shipping

Contract Law; Legalities in Container trade and Charterparties ; Claims

6. Sunday 22^nd October - Liner Trade & Multimodal Transport

Container Shipping; Current market challenges; Hi nterland infrastructure and Logistics
