SHIP AGENTS REQUIRED FOR MARKET LEADING SHIPPING COMPANY

Cory Brothers Shipping Agency Ltd are looking for Ships agents based in Basildon. The role will entail visiting vessels on arrival/departure, interaction with all port and government services, communicating via telephone and email with clients and production of charges/billing. The role does require working additional out of offices hours & weekends on an office rota system.


Experience in shipping would be an advantage but focus on customer relationship/service and plenty of common sense is needed for a very interactive role. A solid foundation education with good GCSE/A Levels qualifications would be a benefit. All applicants must have a full British driving licence.


On top of a base salary the company will offer an extensive package to include a company car, fuel allowance, overtime for out of hours working and an exceptional pension scheme.
