Matthew Good Foundation launched

On June 26, 2011, Institute Fellow Matthew Good tragically died while running the Humber Half Marathon for charity. In memory of Matt, the Matthew Good Foundation was launched in July 2011 with the aim of supporting charitable causes.

The first project of the foundation will be aimed at education and research into the issues surrounding Matt's death, namely sudden death in sports, with a focus on exertional heat stroke (EHS).
