• The ICS publishes a monthly e-zine, sent to all members to keep them up to date with latest developments and Institute activities and events.
• As a member you belong to the only international community of like minded professionally educated and trusted individuals.  If you would like to make contact with other members of the ICS, this is as simple as getting in touch with one of the Customer Support Advisers in our head office.
• Institute branches hold a range of events including seminars, dinners, workshops, lectures and training courses. These are all designed to help enhance the professional knowledge of our members and offer them a way to network and make the most of other members.
• Members of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers are automatically eligible to join the Shipping Professional Network in London (SPNL), London's meeting place for young shipping professionals. SPNL aim to bring together young professionals from all aspects of the industry to network, socialise and learn more about the industry - an objective the ICS is delighted to support.
