It is represented on the Advisory Panel of European Association of Shipbrokers and Agents (ECASBA) and ensures that the views of ICS company members are represented within that organisation. Humphrey ICS Accountant Chartering & Documentary Committee The C&D committee represents the shipbroking sector of company membership and has responsibility for taking action on issues such as all aspects of documentation relating to shipbroking. Issues such as charterparties, bills of lading, sale forms, standard clauses, interpretation rules and other such documents are covered. In furtherance of these aims the committee works with BIMCO, FONASBA and other similar documentary committees.
