Overview

All Members are cordially invited to attend the branch forthcoming event "Chairman's BBQ Party" on 3^rdMarch, from 1830 hours onwards, at the Deep Water Bay BBQ Pits.

This time the event has a pure social connotation. Please come along, support the Branch and share with us any ideas you have about the future of the Branch and more broadly your Institute, the shipping industry and related sectors in Hong Kong.

In order to encourage more members' spouse / partner to join the events, Exco now waive the charge for their participation.

This event is generously supported by ADAMAR INTERNATIONAL SHIP SUPPLY, TURKEY.

Costs:

Paid up Fellow / Member - Free. Food and drinks will be provided courtesy of the Branch.

Fellow / Member Spouse / Partner / Friend - Free. Food and drinks will be provided courtesy of the Branch. Please note that each Fellow / Member is allowed to bring his / her spouse OR partner OR One friend. More than one friend will be treated at GUEST rate.

Fellow / Member Guests - Will  be charged at flat rate of HKD 400/- per head.

-  by posting the cheque made payable to "The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers" to G.P.O. Box No. 12292, Hong Kong.

-  by bank transfer the cost to our bank account as follows

Last date of confirmation is 28.02.2017. In case you are not able to attend after confirming, kindly inform us for our catering arrangements.

ICS or any of its subcontractors/servants are not responsible for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from your involvement in this BBQ party. All attendees are responsible for their own insurance as they deem fit.

In case weather is not conducive for holding the BBQ on 3^rd March, ICS EXCO has full right to cancel or postpone the event to next suitable / convenient date. Money deposited for guests will be refunded.

Deep Water Bay Beach Barbecue Area - There are more than 30 barbecue pits in Deep Water Bay which are conveniently placed near the beach and bus stops.
